Hi, I have a 55SX and have noticed that the piece of rubber pipe between the air filter and rock cover is split near the end, causing oil to pass.

What is this part called? Is it available to buy (I notice it has some kind of filter in it)

yes you can get another one from fiat very cheap

it's the crank case breather pipe

the filter in it will need to be transfered to the new one if it don't have one

it is infact a flame trap stopping backfires from inlet going into the engine and lighting posibly highly flammable gasses in a confined space inside the engine
