I've been busily tarting up my active sport to get it looking a bit more like a proper Sporting and have so far successfully bagged 'proper' sporting skirts.

I've now finally managed to get hold of a proper sporting spoiler but of course it's the one with bolts which go through the rear screen.

It's quite heavy so I'm not sure about cutting off the bolt ends and bonding but of course I'm not keen on whipping out the drill either (have no experience of drilling through glass).

So anyone got any ideas - or even done the same thing before?

Cheers chaps (and chapettes)!

:)

Yeah it's the same as an HGT spoiler.

And UPDATE - spoiler is on the car.

The two bolts actually unscrew out of the spoiler (I used a pair of normal pliers for this) and then I simply bonded it on with Extra Strong Araldite.

Which, so far, seems to be more than capable of doing the job.
