Does anyone have any idea what this part is as it has kept my car off the road for 10 days. Know fiat garage seems to be able to help. Hope some here has some great knowledge.

good challenge, give us no idea why the cars off the road, not even if it's engine related..,
more info would be great here,
to me it looks like a metal cup with a rubber seal,
drivetrain probably..

is it even a Punto..??
