Something sounds like it's dragging on the disc.
First check the wheel bearings, a worn bearing might cause the disc to rub on the brake plate.
Jack up and grip the wheel/tyre tightly at 12 and 6 o clock and try rocking it.
A free rocking movement indicates play somewhere.
If there is play get someone to lean in and press the foot brake pedal, if the play stops with the foot brake press on, it's a worn wheel bearing.
If it's still there with the brake on, it's likely a ball joint or suspension damage
Next remove the wheels and check that the brake pads aren't worn all the way down.
If they are worn out, the metal backing of the brake pads will catch the disc and make a similar noise.
The danger is metal on metal will score and damage the brake discs and then you'll need new pads and discs.
While you are down there, check the backing plate on the inside of the discs aren't bent and scraping on the disc.
If they are, just lever them off until the discs run freely.
Also quick look down between the disc and backing plate might show up a stone or debris that might be trapped there.
