Hi guys,

I cannot find anywhere (maybe I'm not looking hard enough) the service intervals for my Panda.

I've checked on here (but they all relate to the 1.3 m'jet) and even in the handbook but it doesn't appear to mention it.

I have a 2009 (Euro 4) 1.2 petrol Panda with 60bhp. I've been told that the intervals are 18,000 miles or 24 months. But, I cannot see any confirmation anywhere.

Hi,

I cannot view that page.

Also, I downloaded a fiat manual where page 170 refers to tyre pressures.

I did find out in the service book in my car that the intervals are every 12 months or 12,000 miles.

WHICH IS CONFUSING!!!

Since the guy on the phone said the servicing is 18,000 miles or 24 months.

I think they changed it with the 4th generation Panda. My book for my Panda (2005) also says 12K miles or annually. I prefer to get the oil changed on mine more often and I certainly wouldn't leave it as long as 18K miles personally. Anyway you're the customer, so you can request to get it serviced whenever you want.

Hi,

After searching I found out that it's 12,000 miles or 1 yr. The Fiat 500 strangely is 18,000 miles.

I currently have a service plan with the dealership I purchased the car from. It makes sense after checking the car's service clock. The car was last serviced at 8,000 miles, I'm on 16,000 now and it states 4,000 miles until a service is due. Making it 12,000 miles in total.

Hi,

Still massive confusion on the service intervals!!!!

FIAT Panda - in the handbook states 20,000km which is equal to nearly 12,500 miles or 1 year.

However....

Upon speaking to one of FIAT's representatives they said it's 18,000 miles or 24 months between servicing for the Panda 1.2 (2003-2009)

Also, spoke to the dealer that supplied my car (non-FIAT) who got recent info from FIAT saying that servicing is 18,000 miles or 24 months. However, if the driver does less than 6,000 miles in a year, the vehicle should have a service annually.

I know the handbook is the obvious choice to follow, but why is there a big mix up with information?

For the panda 2003-2009 it's 12,000 miles or every year. For the newer euro 5/6 panda 1.2's it's 18,000 miles or 2 years. Your handbook is correct.
