One of my headlights on my 2005 panda keeps getting condensation in it I was wondering is this an MOT failure and how to prevent it from happening I have already dried it out once by removing the bulb and using a hairdryer but it comes back again Any ideas

Back in 2005, I had mine replaced under warranty for that reason. The seals weren't that good in some Pandas.

Left hand (passenger side)?

Look closely at the cover you remove off the back of the light and you'll see traces of where water drips from the wing/front edge of car down onto the cover, exactly where there's a dip in it. Take the cover off and ease the rubber seal out from it. Clean this seal then put back but don't push it too far down into the groove it sits in. Now put the cover back on the light and the seal should be a better fit, keeping out the water

I hate the back cover of the passenger side headlight. It's a total bugger to get it back on when you change the bulb. 5 minutes removing and changing the bulb, an hour to get the back on again! Driver side access is so much better.
