Sorry if this is not the place to post but can't find anything on this subject.

Am a big a bath fan but seriously thinking of buying a 100hp

Prices seem to be from £2500 up

Any advice would be great as all my Abarths are the classic type.

Am near Coventry so if anyone selling one let me know.
Am on holiday very soon so if I don't reply be patient as I will on my return

Thanks

Mike

OK, well the good news is that it's the same advice for buying a 100Hp as it is for a bath: Make it shiny and make it WHITE.

Latest, low mileage model your (probably impressive) funds can afford (since you must be rich to own older Abarths).

Enjoy.

The 100HP is an odd car, they seem to have been run by people ranging from enthusiasts who care more about their car than their life, right through to people who've bought them as a cheap runabout and have abused the car to within an inch of its life.

The car didn't really change much during its production run, so a low mileage, older car is probably a better buy than a newer, but higher mileage, example.

The most significant changes I can think of are that the 08 plate and onwards cars have the new style red Fiat badges and an MP3/AUX compatible head unit and the very last run of cars to be made (10 plate onwards, I think) have the upgraded stereo as standard.

Although they start at about £2.5k, that's for an absolute shed. Think, ruined interior, 56/07 plate, kerbed alloys, awful service history, high mileage etc. I'm not sure how much a good 100HP would set you back, but I'd estimate about £4k-ish should buy you a perfectly reasonable example.

Many thanks for the reply and sorry for the lateness of mine bit am on holiday in Tenerefi ?

Am now looking at buying a 500 Abarth as it's what I really want and should not have sold the one I previously had. But not ruled out a 100hp yet

I'm debating what to do with mine. I love it dearly but if I'm going to sell then I want it to go to an enthusiast. I've spent an absolute fortune on her.

A premium I think fpan. It's not officially for sale but I've got itchy feet for another car. I've spent a small fortune on it. It's 40000 miles, 2009 year.

Good Evening,

This is my first post to this forum. I currently drive a Subaru Forester XT, but I'm looking to change to something a little more nimble, with better fuel economy and have decided on a Panda 100hp.

I'm on the lookout for a well cared for example, with less than 50k on the clock in blue preferably. If anyone is thinking of selling please get in touch.

All the best, James
