Sadly it's the late 06 model with none mp3 head unit as I've just realised. So I'm looking to get the xcarlink thing to sort my tunes out.

I'd also like to get some new wheels looking to maybe go a bit oldskool style like this http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/171382688322

I'd also like to make the interior just a little bit less grey. But other than that I love it !

Prefer the original wheels personally - but you'll get good money if you sell them.

You need to look inside a pre-2006 standard Panda at the light grey plastic and then thank your lucky stars.......

Looks good!

The standard wheels themselves look pretty good. Especially painted in white or gunmetal grey

Nice car (y), I like the grey 100HPs, it's the colour I originally intended to get :).

As for those wheels, to put it bluntly, they're not nice. I've never seen any wheels which suit the 100HP better than standard, unmolested (read: not painted or plasti-dipped or anything else which changes the colour) OEM alloys.

You'll regret changing the wheels for something else when you come to sell the car, the best, most desirable examples of 100HPs are almost totally standard, well maintained cars.

I say if you like those wheels it's your car and do what you like!

I'd keep the original alloys though as when I was looking for a 100hp I instantly discounted any with non-standard rims and I'd go steady with any mods too unless you're planning to keep the car for a long time, anything that screams abused boy racer will send the buyers running!

Have fun!

Hello and welcome,

Car looks very nice and like the choice of wheels, think they will look good but you may have to add abit of a drop to get them looking right as on standard ride hight not sure they will look good.
Buts it's all fun! :D

be careful saying you don't like the wheels, one of the 100hp Stasi/KGB will come along and say how you're a horrid person for saying the wheels aren't nice....

Thanks guys

I do have a a slight issue , at some point a previous owner has fitted a cheap rear window wiper. This wiper has had some sort of plastic bit at the tip touching the glass as i have a nice semi circle mark on the rear window.

Does and one know a way to buff it out or how much a rear window would be ?

It won't polish out sadly I'll take a pic later to show it.

I have some slight marking on mine that was there when i bought it, tried clay bar and headlamp revive but its not much better, only way is a new rear screen i think.

And you'd need a rear screen with the holes for the spoiler. I'd stick with the original wheels, though I do think they'd look good in gunmetal.

My rear window has the same issue too.

I'm another who thinks the standard wheels are best on the 100hp, and coming from classic Minis, I'm the sort who changes the appearance of his car every other month ;)

I also immediately discounted any cars with modifications when buying, but as others say, it's your car and you should absolutely do what you want to do with it!

...but you'll get good money if you sell them.

...though perhaps not as much as you'll lose when you sell it if you don't keep them.

It's your car, fit whatever you like (y), but do be aware that, as others are saying, you'll likely get the best price on resale if the car is as near to standard as it can be.

Or do what I do and keep all the original parts so you can add them in or put them back on when you come to resale the car! (y)
Yellow fogs look great!

Let me know if you do choose to sell the standard wheels, please? ;-)

Sounds about right - you might get up to about 42 on a long not doing more than 85-90 too often, and shouldn't see less than 35 in general - should average out around 39.
