And we've just had the air-con topped up for you. So you can look red hot and feel really cool as well ;-)>

:woot:

It's here and it's lovely!

Not the most exciting first drive of a 100hp - I went down the road to Huddersfield and bought a bit of furniture - which fitted in the back nicely

I did give it a quick blast on the M62 and back through Brighouse, after pootling around in 999cc 20year old panda's it's taking a bit of getting used to - poor dog gave up trying to sit on the passenger seat and took to the footwell whilst I adjusted to the on/off braking.

Bit of a shame I don't know the best driving roads around here yet - I shall just have to drive around aimlessly for a few hundred miles looking for them :)

You have an early one, which I believe has the brake servo which makes you go through the windscreen everytime.

I bet Lucy doesn't enjoy the car. :D

I'll get used to it, every car I have needs to be driven differently. A soft touch is all that's needed and not clod busting size 12 boats mashing the pedals - definately need some driving shoes!

Lucy will get used to it - I may put a dog bed in the footwell for her -or leave her at home when I want to push it.

It's very wet today so no back road blasting for me :(

I was going to upload some pictures but since I've gone on to this auto matic saving with google I can't get them uploaded here - or onto my own computer!

I don't know whether it's user error or what but the forum uploader won't let me select pictures from google drive :(

Here's the beast being put to good use

Only trouble with it is that it makes me want to break the speed limit

not that I would

Yep, it was a toss up between red and grey for me :)
Same here, the grey one I was looking at sold before I got home from uni, that left the red one I have now as the only even slightly local option. I'm glad I went for this one, I don't see any way the grey one could have been a better overall ownership experience :).

Welcome to the 100hp owners club, we aere an odd bunch who like harsh ride and that S-bend sign you get on roads. Momentum is our favourite word!

It looks good in red (y)

Colour I went shopping for (in order of preference..)
1st: White
2nd: Black or Red
3rd: Grey (my other car is grey)
and didn't want a blue one as it's the worst colour imo.

I have a blue one ;)

I was determined to get as new as I could find but ended up with an 06 plate!

Funny how 1 careful owner, low miles and a full fiat service history can change your mind ;)

Being a local purchase from a forum member just sweetened the deal :D

After a week of putting up with just the radio - all my cd's have been hidden in the garage by the removal men - and a lack of ability to make "mp3 cd's" I've ordered one of the above.

I gather it will work with the steering controls and keep the awful ipod (I cannot abide itunes) charged and finally gives the apple device a reason not to be thrown in the bin.;)

Eventually I'd like a head unit fitting that I can plug usb sticks into and has mirroring but that will have to wait until I get an upgrade on my phone, so this was a reasonable compromise.

Anyone fitted one of these kits? In general when I take things apart they don't go back together quite the same again...
