How did you get the double din fascia to remain in the dash?

Previously I have had to carefully apply superglue, and hold the fascia in place since the tabs that stick out from it don't align to any screwholes.

Surely this isn't right though?

My double din fascia pops out as well. I realised the other day when connecting up my boot subwoofer why it happens.
The fascia fits perfectly with the radio out & the radio cage tabs pushed out to hold it in place.
But when I push the HU right in till it clicks and locks in the cage, the fascia pops forward.
I think the back of the HU with all the cables doesn't go far enough back and it pulls the fascia forward when it won't go back far enough to lock.

Mine doesn't pop out, but it doesn't grip or click in anywhere either.

The fascia I have is shown below, but how are those tabs supposed to secure it in place?

That's the same one I have. There are some metal clips that are supposed to slot on to them and inside the radio cubby hole, but I couldn't get them to work and they kept pinging off.
So I used the tabs on the radio chassis to hold mine in place.
