With respect mate, that's a whole other thing.
The difference between LHD and RHD headlights is not a matter of alignment, it's a matter of beam 'shape, created by the optics.
RHD dipped beam shape: \___, if you drive in the UK, on the left hand side of the road, the verge is on your left.
LHD dipped beam shape: ___/, in you drive in mainland Europe (eg) then the verge is on your right.
It's all to do with lighting up the side/edge of the road.

Thanks I had realised that.
Traditionally that is done by the optics of the outer lens. This enable the use of a lens sticker to make british car adhere to European regs.
The lens on the projector type light unit does not have any relevance on light distribution.
Therefore allowing the position and angle of the projector itself to play the part of distributing the light.
