3 years and 26,000 miles into life with my 100hp and it was first MOT time yesterday.......... and it passed!:) I know it should'nt be that much of a surprise but it's still a good feeling! The only advisory was for tyres which I knew i was needing anyway (still running on the original four tyres!!!) I swapped them front to back at about 12,000 miles (i know you're not meant to, i've read the posts!) and they passed no bother! And yes i do drive the car hard from time to time!:D

Mine passed its MOT on about the same mileage, but I have had a new set of tyres in them 3 years, in fact the front is on its 3rd set

My only advisory was the brake pads, cheap to do myself.

Nothing wrong with rotating your tyres as long as you don't let them get too far from each other in terms of tread depth. When I put my summer tyres on after the winter, I put the best tyres on the front so as to even the wear levels between all found. Hopefully this should mean all 4 need replacing at the same time :)
