Nice little car. I can't comment on the price as i just don't know what a 100HP is worth.
I like the idea of running a small car on LPG, its long been the preserve of Range-Rover owners etc. I ran our Chrysler Grand Voyager on it, it makes a big thirsty car 'normal' to run. A small car on it gives VERY low cost.

The only problem is the relative shortage of filling stations.
i used to have to plan my fuel use caefully & fill it the day before so we had enough fuel to get to the next place etc.
I also used to go miles 'off route' to get gas, all adding to running cost!

Great if you live next door to a 24 hour LPG site though!!

How long ago was that though? Loads of places for LPG now ;)

I always laugh when I see a low mileage LPG or diesel car for sale. The owner went diesel/LPG to save money. Then they go and lose £1,000s by selling the car. This Panda surely can hardly have recouped the cost of the LPG system in 40k miles?

I like the idea of LPG. It could be great.
The only problem I see is the government putting the duty up in line with unleaded or derv.
It's due to rise 4p in January with unleaded going up 2p. you never know though when/if they decide to sting you for the full hit.

1.4 quite easily. My Stilo paid for itself in 11 months ;)

Limited duty rises until 2014 (y)

Selling a 2nd hand small engined LPG car is hard, not many people understand how to fuel it or what they're buying. I don't know about the price, but generally an lpg car can be worth more, the same or less than the equivalent standard car. In my experience, probably less.. even if they get more, because it's not standard.
