As the engine in the Active (1108 engine) is the same as the Cinq Sporting, this got me thinking... this means the VAD turbo kit would fit.

The turbo may not be built for the MPI engine in the Panda which it shares with the Sei. The Cinq engine is SPI so there may be compatability issues.

A 1242 8v MPI from a Punto 75 would be a suitable donor organ to upgrade from an 1106 8v MPI.

I was loving the idea of a Turbo Panda, but dont think the turbo would work on MPi Initially i thought the Panda was SPi.

the alternative may be to wait a while for the 1.6 turbo fiat has up its' sleeve shown originally in the trepiuno concept......its a very small car the engine goes into, and may well drop straight in...as i'm hoping it will for the larger uno bay
