If your plastic clips have broken off and the glass doesn't always wind up and down then this might help:

With the door card off and the regulator mechanism wound down a bit, you can see the white plastic tab that feeds through the hole in the glass.
With the glass up out of the way drill a small hole not too near the end of the snapped off tab and with enough gap for the glass to sit inside it. - It's a bit fiddly but possible with everything in situ.
Then glass onto tab and slide clip through hole - long nose pliers help.
