Hi all..Been having fun changing the clutch on the 4x4 and wish i had not started!!!!!! WOT A JOB!!! Lots of Ahhhhhhhhhhh!!!! never again moments..

Got a clutch off internet..Checked..Re-checked..Now the pressure plate holes dont line up..:bang:...Ahhhhhhhhh!!!!!!

!) Does the QH clutch No QKT 502 AF ring any bells?????

2) Wheres the best place to get the bushes for the gear linkages (Mine a bit knackered and bits missing!!! so while im there)

3) There is a U shaped rubber bracket which hold the rod that lastly connects to the gearstick. Its under the rubber boot which is under the car....if you get my drift...Anyone got a pic or description of how it should look?????

1) Panda sections of the Quinton Hazell catalogue below. First one is the 2001 catalogue, the other is the 2003. They show different engine versions, You didn't say which engine you have. QKT502AF is listed for several versions. Seems like the clutch can be either 170mm or 180mm outer diameter.

Ahh you love it really. I thought I killed the my Sisley this week and hated it until I found out it was a simple problem and fix

Last time I ordered those rubbers for under the boot I had to order 2

Davren...Great post!!! Problem is i appear to have the right clutch..but it dont fit??????
The shop is going to take a pic and measure one they have in stock...so still no closer to sorting this problem...yet.. :bang:

Avanti..Great post....found the items..18 euros plus sending. Thought i would call Fiat as well and they can get them for £23.. which makes it about the same. Alot of dosh for some plastic bits, a clip and a nut and bolt!!!!!

The U shaped bracket is £8.23 from Fiat...And..Alan it looks like i will be able to order just one (Unless they are suppling one but charging me double!!!)

The plastic bushes at the end of the control arm are pennies think I bought a bag of 10 and gave 4 away.
