Could someone pls tell me where the motor or pump that is responsible for squirting water onto the windscreen is located?

Thank you. I'd begun getting to that conclusion myself, but I decided I must be wrong because that is probably the stupidest thing I've ever heard of. Who puts something like that in a place where it is virtually inaccessible? Utter ridiculousness. In the unlikely event that I decide to go through the unbelievable schlep of actually trying to replace it, where would I be able to find one, without having to rip another car apart to get it?

Hi,
not normally too bad, :)

often the pump is DRY where crud has blocked the waterflow..,
look in Guides - Misc for my guide on another car, ;)
