Hi all just got an 1200EL after crashing my UNO I will miss my go cart!!

I have a odo stuck on 99999 and I want to know what to do and whether this will be covered under warrantee as the odo should be able to go further aka it was faulty from the start. I am in Cape Town SA.

A second question is that I notice that sometimes when stationary the revs go up and down between 1000 and 2000. It doesnt idle always idle flat.

What modelyear is your car?
Is it just the odometer, or the complete unit that's not working?
If it's only the odometer, I would take it to someone that repairs watches, maybe he can fix it.
Otherwise, best to change the complete unit from a donor car ( scrapyard...)

As for the eratic idle, try to clean the airflap and the inside of the throttle body with carburetor cleaner spray.

Ours is a 1999 model, currently about 227500 km's...
