I've bought Palio (2003). But I have some questions about it.

As you see in the picture the frontial place that i marked is sticky. I've try to clean it with alcohol but nothing changed. I dont know the reason but it s so bother me. There are some people on the net suffering from that problem. Anybody knows a good solution?

I want to attach mp3 player. But i need a frame like seen on the picture. But all the frames has a hole above it. (I marked the hole in the picture). What for that hole? will there be something after i attached mp3 player? or it will stay like a hole on the player...
