Both keys unlock the doors and start the car, but though it flashes when pressed, the buttons have no effect on the car. Can I get it to work without a hefty dealer Bill?

Do you unlock the doors by turning the key in the lock? OR Do you use the remote control?

With multiecuscan, you can tell the car to relearn the remote control. As long as I can remember, you need a registered version of the software.

and possibly the car security code to input into mes for it to do its biz, i was quoted £30 from clemo for my car security code, not the code for the radio, the code for the ecu / immobilizer.
