Newbie..for sure

Found a 500 in a back lot and the owner said he would sell!
Year - he has no idea
Description - likely later model 68-70?
Not a rag top
Rusted on exterior - lightly mostly but one hole in the rear quarter
Not running but the engine looks in tact and complete
Can't open door to inspect but interior is there and looks complete but tattered
Steering wheel is original but cracked.

Location is USA, Intermountain region.

Wanting to make a fair but favorable offer.

Any ideas as to value and/or any way to get at a fair value?
Yes, pictures...I wish. I found the car when without even a cell phone and couldn't return prior to leaving the city (longer story here).

BTW first car at 15 yrs old a '68 128 (orange) followed later by a '71 124 Spider (also orange).

may look for Mr. FIAT in the US , and give them a call ;)
they advertise on the FF homepage banner.

UK prices are quite solid presently.. you'll have to know what the $$'s are though..,

Thanks for the message. Turns out I bought it and alas it's a 1964 Fiat 600. Pretty solid shape actually but hasn't run in many years. Checked on Mr.Fiat and they have a good selection of parts. I'll post more when we get started on it. ?
