Hi hope some one can throw some light on this problem, fitted a new g/box in 1.2 stilo 2002 engine started ok but after 5 mins head lights came on and shortly after the engine cranked itself even with the keys out had to disconnect battery asap. has any 1 else had a similar or same fault would appreciate any help

Hi, Welcome to the FF.

Water getting inside the grey fuse box behind the battery can cause these types of problem.
