I have had a problem where the blower(hot and temp) were not working. Despite trying and pushing the wires in etc there was no joy. These are the wires connected in a plastic connector under the middle foot well (looks like a piece of plastic with 7 wires coming out. I then cut and joined the wires using a chocolate bar. Job done. Also I had a few months ago a problem where there was no heating inside the car. Simple . Opened the expansion tank cover and let the car run for a few minutes. The water level kept on going down and I kept on topping it up until it stayed stationery by not moving. Both jobs you need to know what you are doing and do not just guess it. If you are good at wiring you can do the top job. If not seek professional or competent help.
