Hello, I have problem with CNG system in my Multipla Bipower car. It is the car from 2001 and I did already close to 200.000km with it. The car operates well when driving out of towns but when I need to stop more often (traffic lights or similar) engine does not work quietly/ smoothly and occasionally even turns off. It happens only when engine works in CNG mode and not on petrol. I contacted official importer of Fiat vehicles in Serbia (where I live) but they do not service CNG systems. I have tried to go to small CNG services who work with Tartarini systems but they could not help me neither.
Any advice or idea how to solve this problem.

CNG is I presume Compressed Natural Gas? The Bipower models were not sold in the UK (so far as I know) and I think most posts in this forum are from UK owners, and so you may not get an answer too quickly - sorry.

Hi I have just checked the uk online manuals and it seems that the bipower systems have replacement ecus for idling and rough running on early vehicles, also there seems to be lots of service news with reference to the pressure reduction valves. Sorry cant give you any more info.
