Bravo Abarth

Introduction

Hi I'm Polish and I would like to present your car

Engine: 1,4 T-Jet 120 Dynamic NAV + sport package 2009r.

Painting the brake calipers in red

establishment of daytime running lights

window tinting

Establishment of parking sensors

Aj80 that would be great. Did you put the fly eye on the lights whilst on the car or did you remove them? Did you do front and back or just headlights?

Yes mate i took them off the car tbh its easy todo it with them off the car

This is how i did it, i seems to be very effective procedure:

First i passed all edges with spatula, and then started to separate plexy from this side:

Carefully separate inch by inch using two flat screwdrivers, wider is better

And after 20 min, voila:

Important is that you dont use force, it goes slowly, as you slowly move inch by inch, silicone release, otherwise you will break plastic edge of plexy and headlight housing

StevieKop heres a pic of my stilo fly eyed and depo and the bottom pic is them side be side to compare the difference

Mines black mate looks dark but ive had no problems with my standard halogen bulbs but a hid kit will be alot better if your not happy with the beam you get

Sweet. I have a set of xenon gas bulbs ready to go in the car. Hoping they will look a lot better than standard halogen but not sure.
The fly eye looks really good. Do you know if it will be easy to remove the headlight unit in the Bravo?

Not to sure on the bravo but the stilo has to drop the bumper first and three bolts holds the lights 1 at the top and 2 at the bottom as the bravo took over the stilo and before the stilo cant see there being alot of difference tbh

Great instructions man! im thinking of painting my bravo headlights as well. What did u use to paint them? just a regular black spray?

When i did my stilo i used black gloss standard spray paint from poundland

Yeah plastidip would be great for this since its not exposed to the outside.
Will get to it one of these days!
