:bang: Since the day I bought my first Fiat Car... I am banging my head with walls. As we know that fiat is better choice but sometimes we are wrong.. My FIAT PALIO MULTIJET SDX, HR 12 K 0300, 2008 Model... from last 3 years, my car was in fiat work shop may be more than 1 year and currently also my car is lying in Fiat Work shop ABS Motors, Gurgaon, India from 11th Jan 2011 and still I am not sure that when I gona to get my car back. In this period of almost 4 months, ABS Motors has not done anything on my car... instead of this, they have put many of my car's spares with other cars... suppose other Palio comes to them and they dont have any spare, they simply take out my car spare and fix that to other car. This I came to from a source of mine. Now am very much angry with fiat group. Is the commitments they do to us prior buying their product... and this specially happening in india... it is nothing, i complaint against this at fiat india toll free number on 8th April, 2011, they lodged my complaint and closed themselves..
on 22nd April, I again came to know that they have closed my complaint without any solution. Then again I have to loged my complaint no.1-12286676413..
now what to do..
now i can sujject every one that plz dont buy fiat product, if you dont have any better relation with fiat service centre owner, because they never entertain you... see mu case... they are not delevering me my car..

I do not know much about Indian law except it is based on UK law.

I think your only option is to pay a lawyer for a legal letter of complaint demanding compensation. Do not ask for the car to be repaired it is not far too damaged and worthless.

Find every way you can to make a high financial claim. Of course, you will not get that all of money but what ever amount you ask for, their lawyers will argue you down. So give yourself room to move. If you start low you will end even lower.

Also talk to the local TV news. In UK they like stories like this and the car garage company will not want the bad publicity.

Try rasing your complaint directly with Fiat in Turin, Italy. It is time to bypass local/country and go direct to Turin.

I suggest though that you have all your facts, previous case numbers etc. to hand and this is why you are raising directly with Fiat Turin customer services.
