Well some of you might disagree with the way that shrove tuesday has been made into an excuse to have pancakes and others of you probably just enjoy the pancakes!

So, what toppings does everyone have, how many can you manage and what's the worst topping you have ever tried/heard of?

I am very bland; lemon/orange with sugar. Had 3, which was a let down, we didn't have enough eggs for more between us and I have too much work (well, at least try) to do to go and get some more! Well, worst topping I heard this morning, a very honest and well meaning girl sat behind me in assembly today said too loud "My mum has them with vinegar!" without thinking. Whoops, that the worst I have heard of! I am a big fan of vinegar and have too much on too many things but on pancakes - no way!

Got home tonight and found I had no flour or lemon, a frantic search revealed a bag of gram flour with a BBE in the mid 90's and a squeezy bottle of '93 honey. 1 hour later and still alive.

I quite like ham n melted cheese and have had curry before which was quite nice.

they're selling pancake mix in a bag over here, all you have to do is add eggs and milk, so basically its flour and salt!

someone at college had chopped apple and onion, with grated mushrooms and honey nut cornflakes..........i was there, just say it went in, and came straight back out again! hehe.

mmm pancakes

Nice resurrection! We've been having a lot of american pancakes recently. About 7 or 8 each with bacon, maple syrup and whipped cream. God damnit, now I'm hungry!
