I'm a bit worried.......


In recent years I've been having toast for breakfast, I used to have two slices
every morning, one with butter and one with Marmite.


About a year ago I took to having both toast with Marmite and occasionally having three slices...then it became three slices every morning.....this morning I had four slices, all with Marmite.


Am I doomed ?.......... or just plain greedy

Although I live in Devon now I was born in Yorkshire and as a consequence
like most northeners, I like my food well done.....dark brown chips, crispy bacon the lot...


Give it a couple of years and they will be coming out with the opposite advice.
 
You will be fine, in fact you will be slimmer than if you had jam, marmalade or almost any other spread.

Marmite is the "only" spread that I have been able to find that has zero sugar in it.
It's excellent, full of vitamins and keeps people away from you until you have a mint :)

I also have three a day :)

P.S. ditch Marmite, get Asda's own brand - its 1/2 the price and twice the taste - Marmite is weak in comparison.
 
I'll get my daughter to pick some up, she lives near an Asda store.........I live 20 odd miles away
out in the sticks.
