Well people, these don't seem to be too popular, however, I'll keep it going

In current news, my gf pulled my phone too hard when it was still plugged in and bent the USB port right up. Now it won't stay on and just keeps dying.

Fearing the worst (and a high bill) - I took it to the Samsung repair store, who said they will fix it free under guarantee - even though I got it in Taiwan.

I'm very happy about that

That's the kind of customer service that makes folks want to buy another one next time round .

FIAT would do well to take note.

If it where a fiat in a dealer they'd say yeah x is knackered it's not covered by warranty. That's £80 for telling you .
