Hi Guys

This is my first post so please me nice
To keep it simple, I'm intending to fit an Ipod connector to my Blaupunkt Radio (Santa Cruz MP34) which I would need to connect the connector into the back of the radio in to AUX 1 (The blue one) The only problem is that AUX 1 is already being used by somthing in the car. Any idea???

Car is a Fiat Panda Active 08

Cheers

can't see why they would put the leads in for something that isn't there, although I have seen threads on here where people have had a cd multi-changer and not known about it until they found 'It Hiding' in their glove box!!!!!
I would say follow the cables to see where they lead, but I'm sure you don't want to start taking your dash apart. You could try taking out the connector and see if anything stops working!?

Fair point, but you never know :p
Regards to the CD changer, the car didn't come with one as it's the Active version (the cheapest of the lot)
Removed the blue and green Mini ISO and the stereo works fine.

Sometimes they put just the blank plugs in the unit with no wiring. The Aux in will be the blue one.

Called Fiat Earlier, aparently some models have pre-fitted wire looms so If I do want a CD Changer then they would only need to connect it and not fit new wires... also the same if I want other Auxilary items fitted...

Cheers for the help guys

Ok just to confirm for other people who may read this thread in the future. Is the outcome to plug an Auxilery lead into the space for the blue plug?

Sorry I should really know all this but I don't do much with standard radios apart from rip them out a throw them in the bin.
