I'm just curious as to where people have gone for custom exhaust systems. Preferably based around London as it is local!

I am looking at getting a full turbo back system with a sports cat. I got quoted by Powerflow based in Slough for around £700. This doesn't seem too bad to me considering they said the sports cat would cost around £250-280 alone.

Just wondered what companies people have used and where is recommended based on experience.

Any replies would be appreciated!

I appreciate Leeds is not even close, but I just had a full stainless dpf back bespoke made system for my 1.6 sporting for 349 plus vat, look up Tony banks in Leeds. With your budget you could have extras, ie fancy tailpipes etc and a day off, fuel, and a sizeable pot of change, the guy/team is brilliant.

You got a full turbo back system for £350!?! that's sounds tempting! Would be worth the trek if his work is good like you say! I don't really have a budget to be honest but, anything for upto or around 500 would be ideal.

What system did you go for? Like has it got a decat, pipe diameter, any silencers etc? Do you possibly have a video of what the exhaust sounds like?

Mine is completely silent but he will happily suit your needs. it consists of a flange onto the particulate filter right at the front, then a flexi link, then machine bent 3 inch pipe, then a silencer with a twin outlet, all in stainless steel.

His work does look pretty good to be honest. On that link you said it cost you £450 though not 350.

I know mine won't be cheap due to the sports cat I want to include. I'll get a quote and see where I can go from there. Thank you for your advice.
