Hi guys just bought a 64gb memory stick from ebay sandisc one. Loaded lots of music to it then plugged it in this morning all the songs keep jumping so i decided to test them on the laptop and they all played. Then i removed them all and only put a few albums on but still no luck any help please (sick of listening to the same cd)

Try a smaller USB stick, when blue and me was made they only went up to a couple of gb. I've found that it 'likes' some sticks and not others.

I dont have blue and me, but try changing the file format of your songs too?

Too add, just in case, with large songs, say more than an hour, it doesn't read them.

They are albums but I dropped the whole file in should I maybe try taking out of the file and putting them in single just strange how it knows what's there it plays fine for a few seconds then keeps jumping very strange

There shouldn't be a problem with songs in folders, I assume that's what you mean.

I would say, remove all the songs, format the USB to fat32, add the songs back and let the car build the library again

If that doesn't work, try a smaller USB stick, that's the memory capacity not the physical size

Thank you I will try that how do you re format that does it make a difference that I have a Apple Mac laptop at all

On your Mac, connect the USB
Open your spotlight search (Cmd+space) and type disk utility
On the left you should see the USB listed.
Click "Erase" at the top of the screen.
Select MS DOS(FAT) File System for the volume format option.
Click "Erase" at the bottom of the screen. You may get a warning and will need to click "Erase" again.

Then just put your music back on, plug it into the car and when you start the car, it should setup the libraries so it knows whats what.

Thank you very much will have a go when I get a bit of time I think I might have been given a faulty USB stick but will do what you said and see how that goes I appreciate your help
