Ive just bought a full sport interior for my punto minus the air bags. Im after the black covers that hide the air bags,not the air bags! can anyone help with this or know where to get them?:bang:

They are the airbags? Then they go off and rip through the cover no?

take it you bought them out of a crashed one then?

i bet they're expensive seperate from fiat...

Well I have just found out that there is a middle trim that holds the air bag and then a black cover plate to hide the air bag. I found out that a full air bag will set me back £275 for one without control pack,wiring,vat and package so **** that . You can get the black cover for £4 but then again u need the middle part. I may just have to get some1 to retrim material over the hole.

you are keeping airbags fitted i take it?

Would the part no for the airbags in your current seats not be the same? and thus you ony need the black trim?

ive spken to fiat and will cost £275 for air bags, I dont have air bags in my standard seats.

Are you saying you have NO side airbags in the seats but the seats you have now have the cuit in the material for the airbags to sit in......so you are looking for the plastic airbag covering?

Why not get new seat covers?

No what I am saying is, I only have the standard seats in my car atm which have no air bags built in, But I am buying a sport interior and the sport seats have no air bags because they have gone off.

So what I am after is the Middle trim that holds the air bag but minus the air bag,,, if that makes sense . You can get the the final black air bag trimming cover for £4.00 from fiat but whats the point it won't fit on its own. Whats this about seat covers??? Im interested?
