Anyone have an idea about this.. i took this out with my car( a 2007 grande punto) Reg TNO7 the plan is a 2 year service plan.. my car is now on 18000) miles at which time do i get the service? do i recieve a letter?
i got the car at 12000 miles

i would think you have to ring them up as they wont know how many miles you have done

On the cars registration birthdays or every 18k miles. So if the car hasn't had a service before then you must get it done before you put many more miles on it.

Not unless it was a year old or it was an agreement made as a condition of the car being sold to you.

popped in today and spoke to the lady she said that my car will now be done at 36000 miles or after a year which ever comes first.

ask to speak to a man, that sounds way too long between last service and 36k

The question remains. Was the car serviced before you got it? Your service book should have been stamped so its worth a look there.

My service was carried out at 4300 miles as it was 1 year old, it did not matter that the 1st miles put on it were 4 months into registration or the fact i did buy it from the same garage at 4 months old,

Told my warrenty would be at risk if not serviced within 3 weeks or so to its birthday

Could be wrong though..but then if you have an 07 plate i would imagine the garage serviced it already
