This is on the A12 north bound, coming from M25 take J28 A12 towards chelmsford/ipswich. drive past chelms ford past Witham you will now be going up hill slow down, at top of hill is a shut down pub and a left turn, go past them, 8ball is just on the left you may not see it look for a black n white garage looking place its behind/to the side of that.

if you are coming the other way from ipswich A12 go past colchester, passed Kelvedon you will see a BP petrol station, take a left there, this will take you under the road and back on the A12 facing the right way ( signed Colchester), 8 ball is just passed where you come back onto the A12
