Whats is this event?
Acres of exotica! The UK’s largest gathering of Italian cars.
It cannot be guaranteed that the Top Gear TV crew will be at the 2009 event - as they were in2008 - but this year's gathering will be just the place to be if you are an Italian Car Enthusiast this summer. Great venue, lots of space and great cars. The Alfa Romeo Owners Club will again be holding their National Concours at the event and AI have a few surprises on just want will be on the magazine stand. All the glamour from Italy at an English stately home. Club displays and Italian trade village.

Fiat forum Stand
As usual we will be having our forum stand to display our forum members cars.
Time
Please be ready to place your car on the stand by 9am, if you get there a little early then thats ok
If you get there after 9.30am, we cant guarantee there will be space. Please note - Public Gates open at 8.30am - ideally we want convoys to meet at the local Tesco at 8am, then let the mods release you to make it easier for stand [i.e. 60 cars all turning up at once - not good :bang:]
For those that can't make Tesco, please get there by 9am.
Other info
For those who havent been on a stand before, then dont worry. The normal procedure is that we insist everyone hangs around the stand until all the cars are in place then you can do as you wish.

FF BBQ
We will be having a BBQ for members of the forum, usually everyone brings as much grub as they can, snacks drinks meat for the BBQ. We will sort out in the discussion forum who wants to bring what?
There will also be a meal and stop over which will be discussed nearer the time
To make stand marshalls have a nice, calm and relaxing day could all stand attendees try and meet at the local Tesco for 8am:
