I bought a new mirror broken in place. The new has an outdoor temperature sensor. Can I plug it into a slot inside the car? The door has no wires for the sensor. The car is ducato 2.3 multijet -09 and i own multiecuscan and delphi.

If the van has the extra plug on the harness to attach the mirror & has the correct dash binnacle fitted (one with temp display) then it should be possible in multiecuscan to turn it on, I did it on my last van, after needing a replacement mirror,

Whether the plug is located on the left side of the fuse box or on the instrument panel or somewhere else?

The plug is next to the existing mirror plug if it has it, i.e. Two plugs under the window switch, uk vans it's the drivers side mirror

If there's only one plug, the van doesn't have the option

There are not two plugins in the door, that is a problem. What a shame. New mirror sensor is useless
