Does anyone know how to refill the gearbox on a ducato 2.3 multijet 2011 please? I cannot see it anywhere

Yes u fill it through breather on top of the box there a black plastic cap pull it off and ur need some small pipe slide in to hole to put oil down

Does anyone know how much to put in? There is not a level indicator. 6 speed x250 with the 2.3

I think its 2.7 ltrs in the 2.3

take out the aircleaner assembly then remove the reversing light switch then add 3 Litres of oil Cheers Adam

Thanks. It is elsewhere but needed the sanity check.

Done job. Needed an 8 mm square to undo the drain. Only about 1.5 litres came out but was clear. Found the breather cap just under the air pipe was easy to get to and fed new oil into it down a funnel and pipe. Put 2.5 litres back in. Did not look as though water could get past it to me if it was poured over it. 2007 x250 with 6 speed box
