Hi all.
Reading all the posts, it is clear the clutch is a possible weak point
I don't have a problem at the moment but thought I would ask the question..
Has anyone fitted, or is it known if a heavy duty clutch option is available??

Huh? Year, model, engine, weight? If you're proposing to change the clutch with a spurious kit on the off chance I'd say keep your money and spend it if and when you have a problem.

Huh!! 2003, 2.8JTD
I'm not proposing or even suggesting the fitting of a 2nd line clutch...& certainly not on the off chance....
My question Mr Moderator was a pure & simple enquiry
Has anyone fitted or indeed know if a heavy duty clutch option was available to be fitted

Not officially from fiat, luk, sachs, valeo anyway, same clutch is on the 127ps, 146px,4x4 versions. There are a few 'operations' in germany offering uprated sachs clutches, most of them don't even have a postal address which sets alarm bells ringing. This one at least is part of a real company with a substantial office:

Sorry for the huh people are always posting questions without any vehicle details the ducatos around for over 30 years, with many different engine in many different guises from this kind of thing:
