Hi everyone, I have a Fiat Ducato 2013 model motorhome in Australia and I am wondering if anywhere outside of Australia someone makes moulded front fender (mud guard) flairs to protect the side of the unit from getting sprayed with rubbish from the road especially when it is wet or from rocks and dirt from our country roads. There is nothing available here in Australia except rubber mount that looks cheap and nasty. Regards Al Kelly.

Hi Driverkelly,

I made two from checkerplate aluminium, bent it around the curve and cut heap of slots to allow about 20mm on the inside edge to be bent inwards wo follow the angle of the mudguard and then bolted them on with the four holes already in the guards. The aluminium was about 140mm wide and 750mm long and came right up to the jhoin in the guard at the top. I mounted 9bolted) two rubber flaps from Supercheap Autos on the bottom.
Stopped all the rubbish flying up onto the body.
... Ballarat Bill

I had the same problem in NZ just went to Repco and bought the largest flat black flaps.
They where on special at $15, done the trick and look O K.
