Looking for a workshop manual with exploded diagrams of the cooling system for the above. Does anyone know where I could find one please.

Never found one yet but the Haynes Peugot 206 is close. What problem have you got, I have posted about 1.9td overheating and spent some time delving into most of the dark corners of the cooling system.
