I have a problem with my sliding door. The contact strip on the door jumped/fell out when it was being closed and came apart. I managed to retrieve most of the parts from inside the door cavity as well as on the ground, put it back together [cap/lid snaps back on]
About a week later it does it again, unfortunately the parts scattered and I can't find the cap in particular, currently jury rigged together but I will need to replace it.
In Australia the dealers have just been given the rights to the dealership if they are Chrysler dealers and they are struggling.
Are the door contact pads available as replacement parts, can I buy a secondhand set and get them posted over.
Most inconvenient as the door will currently not lock

I feel your pain my dealer lost the fiat franchise to the local chrysler/nissan dealer im getting parts from eastcoast comercials in archerfield brisbane price is right and parts service is excellent credit card over the phone just have your vin number handy if your in south australia i can recomend emmanuelle brothers at port augusta i know they are regional but again they have helped me out in the past price is good and service is excellent in workshop as well cheers Adam

only a week try waiting for fiat australia to get back to you as to why they dont have parts in the country or why they cant airfrieght parts in even if your willing to pay for the frieght been a month so far took them 8 weeks to get a waterpump into the country it was only for my spares i carry good vehicle let down by poor service by the importer
