Hi all, I just upgraded to a 2002 new shape 2.0td and the fuel gauge gave up this morning!

There is a full tank in there and it just sits at the bottom, when you turn the key it moves slightly (not out of the empty bar) but then drops again.

Any ideas if this is an easy fuse or relay fix, or more down in the tank situation?

Just something else, what sort of miles should you get out of a tank / mpg? It is a swb.
