Hi I have 06 Doblo 1.3 multijet Diesel which will not start...
I have tested the injectors checked timing and so on..
I have now narrowed the problem down too no power from the ecu unit going too the pressure regulator (which I have changed).
I have checked the wires from the ecu unit and they are all ok..
If I put a wire direct from the pressure regulator to the battery the van will start
stay running I can drive the van this way but I'm not sure if this is ok
Does anyone know what next I should do or what to look for as I'm not sure of the best direction to go
thank you :bang:

Apologies in advance because I can't offer any solid answer but when you have got it running what about getting a diagnostic done in case there are any underlying fault codes.
Another train of thought is if the priming pump in fuel tank is not being powered up to prime the fuel system prior to start up?
I had this on my 1.9JTD and after much hair pulling and replacing sensors unnecessarily mine turned out to be relay related:bang:
Not sure if the 1.3 fuel priming system cross references with the 1.9 but might be worth a check.
Out of interest, what were the symptoms the prompted you to initially change the regulator?

I’ve been having regulator problems, sorter it by replacing the o-ring on the top of the regulator, all the pictures you see of regulator’s for this 1.3 multimeter have a second slightly larger green o-ring at the base, mine didn’t have this o-ring , although it did have a gasket between the regulator and the pump. Should it have this green o-ring?
