I have the coolant, but no obvious way of draining out the old liquid. Has anyone done this job? Access seems a nightmare. After grovelling around with the car up on ramps and the undertray off there does not appear to be any obvious drain for the liquid. I wonder how the main dealers do this job? Do they have to remove certain bits or what? It is certainly baffling me at present without a workshop manual.
I have sussed out two bleed screws for refilling, but no easy way to drain.
Any help would be appreciated, especially from any one who has seen or knows how this once simple maintenance job is tackled.......Thanks.

I'm sure someone will correct me but generally speaking, drain plugs disappeared about 20/30 years ago. The job can be done by disconnecting the radiator bottom hose and standing well clear, make sure the interior heater is in the on position so that gets drained as well.

Thanks johnhififan. I am aware that one way to drain is as you say. The problem is I only have DIY metal ramps to run the front wheels up and as you peer up to where the bottom hose is, a) you have to hacksaw the horrible metal clip off which is fitted by fiat, b)access to do this seems almost impossible, as the radiator is near the top of the engine bay, c) once the hose is pulled off with you underneath with your arm up inside the engine bay, there would be no way to avoid the resulting gush of antifreeze all over you.

Sorry to be so specific but I was hoping to find a better way if anyone knows of one.
