Technical glow plug light flashing

Hi

I've got this glow plug light too. 1.3 multijet 2007. But can't get hold of a manual and as this is my first diesel I can't locate the glow plugs to test/change them. Can anyone point me in the right direction ease ? A pic would be ideal. Or point me in direction of a pic. Any help appreciated.
Also would this glow plug fault affect mpg ? I swear I'm getting about 8mpg less.

I have just change all 4 of mine and the light still flashes after starting the engine?!!

Recently had mine replaced because the glow light was flashing. As our winters are getting colder, it's not worth the risk of not being able to start a cold engine - the glow plugs prevent non-starting because of a cold engine.
Some people say they have driven for years with this problem, but is it worth the risk?
I know I'd rather spend and be certain of a good start.

my 1.9jtd, after starting my glow light flashes for about 15-30 seconds but has done that the last 3 years, but starts on the button winter and summer.

Hi,

Just purchased a used 11 plate Doblo 1.3 Multijet and the glow plug light flashes with the computer saying "check glow plugs" can anyone point me in the right direction of exactly where to locate the glow plugs? any pics about?

Thanks in advance

Hi, i have this fault showing after Starting the Engine it goes off after 30 Sec.

I have undone the front 2 Srews of the engine cover and lifted it up a bit to check the Cables and found that the 2nd Cylinder from the left has cable damage so bad that the copper wire is visible,

does anyone know how much it will cost? and will this fix the Flashing light?

thanks for you help

As long as the copper wire is intact and not frayed, a bit of insulation tape wrapped around it should be a cheap fix. If its frayed then cut it out and solder in some fresh cable. If you have a multimeter check the resistance of each glow plug which should be about 1-2 ohms.
