Oil 10w40
3.5 litres
You must change the oil filter same time as oil.

If Valvoline is your local choice.then Syn Power 10w40 is the oil for you.
But any 10w40 semi synthetic, or fully synthetic that meets. ACEA A3/B3 or A3/B4.
The FIAT spec.no is 955535.G2 or D2

Gearbox oil only needs attention if it's leaked out.

Why do you insist on valvoline?

VALVOLINE GEAR OIL 75W-90

Approximately 2 litres
Don't do this yourself unless you known how to do it properly.
Don't put too much in.

Do get an instruction book for your car that explains how to do these jobs.

The book will also tell you which oils to use and the approximate volumes.

That way you would be helping people.
