I'll scan in the whole article (its in greek though but I can translate any relevant bits)its got 8 cinqs and 3 seis on the rolling road.
Be a couple days though.

Don't understand it but I made out some of the bhp figures. I'm guessing thats a black Sei with a 1242 turbo in it with 118.6bph?[:0]
 
yeah, black sei sporting, punto 1242 engine, garrett T25, 1.4 bar, intercooler, samco hoses, adjustable cam gear, two extra injectors and new exhaust including manifold. Yellow adjustable Koni shocks and Eibach springs. Rear Uno Turbo brakes. Quite a nice spec.
all the runs where done in July, with an ambient temp of over 35 degrees C (so should see a few more hp in England :D)

Am I right in thinking that the van aaken turbo kit will fit straight on the 1242 as if it was the 1108? Does the van aaken kit come with a Garret T25?

Also, where abouts do van aaken fit the intercooler? The only place I can think of is at the front on the opposite side to the radiator.

I'd love to fit a turbo to mine, that's why I'm researching these things incase something comes up on eBay :)
 
Are there any mods, pretty much bolt on for a novice, that can be added from a 1242cc to an 1108cc that will improve the torque/bhp? The basics are obviously K&N, plugs + leads, exhaust and chip, but anything else that'll improve it? Throttle body perhaps?

Most parts are identical. With one exeption that might give better performance (at least give you a better basis for future mods) the trottle body. I'm not sure about if all 1242ccm SPI are equipped with one, but at least some are having a 32mm (instead of 30mm) throttle body. Another part that might count as performance part is from the 1242ccm MPI Punto 75 engine, the camshaft is slightly hotter than the one from the Cinq.
 
So if i go to a scrap yard, its just the throttle body i should get off a punto 1242? Anything to note/avoid when getting one? Am i gonna notice any improvement?
