Simple answer -- no idea.

Simple solution -- hop in the car and take it to a car paint supplier. They'll be able to swatch it (and match it to their list of FIAT reds) and flog you an aerosol or a touch in mixed on the spot.

Halfords staff don't usually have the training or the experience to do it properly.

I can categorically state your car is red.... yup it's definitely red.
Nobody has a chance of guessing which one of the Fiat reds it is unless you give us a clue as to the model (S,SX, or Sporting) & what year the car is.

It's a 52 plate active.
Citymatic, active, 2tone!!! Why didn't Fiat just stick with the old labels everyone understood! -S,SX & Sporting. Yours has no rev counter & colour coded bumpers so logically it should be a SX.
You obviously didn't bother to check out old threads for the answer to your question: https://www.fiatforum.com/cinquecento-seicento/351324-seicento-colour-code.html
This will give you the colour the car started out as -but paint colour can vary according to the manufacturer & it's probably faded somewhat over the years so you might have to resort to getting paint mixed up specially, that will probably cost you more,
