Fired up the cento today. It started first time! Next weekend it's getting dropped at my dads works to have the paint work given a quick going over
Then to my works where it will live and I can spend more time on it (ATM its at my parents who live 40miles away)

No problem but it might be an classic by the time I've finished it
Did a bit of work on the runners today. Obviously they won't be anywhere as long as they are here . Just need to weld them on to the flange then mill them to the same length.
I've angled them to perfectly match the angle of the ports in the head which ment they are much closer to the injectors but will work fine!
I will need to match the bottom of the port in the flange to the round runner.

Yes I will still run a 2" system but remember that I have a external waste gate with a separate silencer that is 1.5" bore. So will be totally pointless going any bigger. In fact I'd probably loose some off boost performance (maybe)

Not really. Just doing bits as and when I can! Works been very busy so not had much time for my own stuff :-( it will get there though!
I have another cento shell that im building it all into so going to do everything I want in one go, so I'm building up everything I can that doesn't need me to leave my office
All the brakes are done. Manifolds are all ready to be welded up. Engine is built. New wiring loom has been started (whole new car loom)
